Refund policy

At Suppleo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used supplements, food, or consumable products
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at btrading@mail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace/refund it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
